Summary of Position
Softeq’s People Operations is searching for a Senior People Business Partner who can move through a fast-paced environment and partner closely with our Production (Engineering, Development, IT) organization. The ideal candidate is a change agent with a strategic mindset and experience with organizational design. This position will be based in Vilnius, Lithuania (employment contract) and will report to our Chief People officer. This position will be a hybrid role which will require remote and some office work.
Job Responsibilities
- The ability and desire to execute change and transformation across the company in an eager and enthusiastic manner.
- Proficient in successfully working with business area leadership team(s) to create workforce strategies that ensure the correct people are in the correct place at the correct time.
- Ability to be a trusted advisor and consultant across all things people for key functional stakeholders.
- Ability to observe the work environment, identifying team member engagement trends, needs, issues, and areas for improvement to produce a high trust, high-performance workplace environment and experience for all employees.
- Aid leaders and their teams in developing a strategic approach for individual development plans.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal; it is essential that this person is not only a motivator and possesses the ability to coach others but must be an articulate, trustworthy and persuasive communicator as well.
- Provide Organization Development support to change initiatives and other business area needs.
- Support the delivery of performance management activities and all talent review and succession processes for assigned client groups. Actively coach and provide direct feedback to leaders.
- Effectively manage employee issues and in compliance with local labor laws.
- Serve as advocate for learning and organizational development; partner with executive leaders to identify business learning needs; promote available tools and resources and look for innovative ways to support the development of talent.
- Collaborate with clients to educate and administer actions in alignment with Softeq’s compensation philosophy, programs and practices
- Manage relocations of employees and contractors
- Take part in various events to strengthen the company Brand
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 + years of overall experience in Human Resources (People Operations) inclusive of experience in Lithuania is required.
- Experience in a global business partner capacity supporting a span of functional groups.
- Experience working with all levels of employees, especially senior levels of leadership
- Ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of all HR (People Operations) disciplines especially in organizational development, talent planning and acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, and compensation.
- Proven ability to define and implement a holistic talent strategy in a fast paced, high growth environment
- Exceptional organizational, time management, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly developed analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, presentation, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly build collaborative working relationships and trust with senior level executives.
- Possess a thorough understanding of business strategy and HR business practices including workforce development; organizational structure and design; change management and employee relations.
- Must be bilingual in Lithuanian and English (reading, writing and speaking)
