We are seeking an experienced Team Lead who will manage our Talent Acquisition. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy while leading our tactical (day-to-day) efforts and a team of dedicated talent acquisition professionals. This position will report to our Chief People Officer. The role will be hybrid, home office with some office visits required. The ideal candidate will be based in either Warsaw, Poland, or Vilnius, Lithuania.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the efforts of our talent acquisition team to ensure an efficient staffing process;
• Provide hands-on support when necessary, assisting in recruitment operations, including conducting interviews and job offer negotiation;
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring a smooth integration into our recruitment ecosystem;
• Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to analyze and report recruitment data, gathering valuable insights to guide decision-making;
• Stay current with industry trends by collecting and analyzing relevant market data, contributing to the development of innovative recruitment strategies;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and refine our talent acquisition processes, maintaining a focus on continuous improvement;
• Actively participate in various staffing-related activities, demonstrating your commitment to our holistic talent acquisition approach;
• Lead cross-functional projects for new strategic talent acquisition initiatives;

  Partner with CPO and the People Operations team as needed on Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 8 -10 years of hands-on full-cycle recruitment experience for the technology industry, including a track record of successfully recruiting senior-level roles;
• Must have prior experience managing other talent acquisition professionals (Recruiters);
• Prior experience working for a Western European or USA organization is a must;
  
• Demonstrate proficiency in data analytics and reporting, leveraging insights to drive informed recruitment strategies;
• Exhibit creative thinking, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving;
• Communicate effectively with strong written and spoken English skills (at least an Upper-Intermediate level);
• Must be able to attain a C2 level score or higher on English assessment.
