Support Engineer
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly proactive professional to strengthen our IT team.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
- User support and consultation;
- Monitoring the status and availability of services based on Zabbix / Prometheus;
- Maintenance and configuration of computers and equipment in the office;
- Administration of user systems Windows / Linux / MacOS;
- Implementation of selection, purchase, and adjustment of office equipment;
- Work in multitasking mode.
Requirements:
- Work experience of at least two years as a system administrator;
- Experience in Unix / Linux;
- Experience with Windows Server 2019/22;
- Experience with AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, RDS, FS, DFS, WSUS, etc.;
- Understanding of network technologies, TCP / IP protocol stack (VLAN, VPN, NAT, Firewall);
- Experience with configuration management systems Microsoft Intune;
- Experience with Azure backup center;
- Experience with ESET enterprise-grade antivirus solutions.
The plus will be:
- Skills in scripting in PowerShell or Bash;
- Understanding of Microsoft Failover Cluster 2019 Understanding of Azure Cloud;
- Experience with video surveillance systems;
- Experience with ACS;
- Experience with networking equipment (HP, Mikrotik);
- English is spoken language (B2);
- Ability to establish contacts, the ability to communicate constructively, the ability; to find a common language with different people;
- Desire to independently improve their professional level, study new technologies, and implement their knowledge in work.
