In this position, you’ll:

• Identify test approach depending on the project and product needs
• Create relevant and sufficient test documentation
• Close collaboration with a customer and a dev team
• Identify and mitigate QA risks
• Perform a variety of functional and non-functional testing
• Estimate QA team efforts
• Analyze team's KPI and create relevant reports
• Mentor other QA team members

Expected skillset:

• 6+ years experience in Quality Assurance
• Experience in managing a QA team
• Excellent in web testing
• Good understanding of RESTful services, API testing
• Profound knowledge in Mobile testing
• Familiar with Postman/Swagger, Fiddler/Charles
• Great problem-solving skills
• Willingness to contribute and grow QA expertise with a project and the department
• Deep knowledge of Databases (SQL and NoSQL)
• Readiness to work as 1 QA in a project
• English B2 and higher

It would be a plus:

• Experience in firmware or IoT testing
• Mentoring skills
• Ability to estimate others' work
• Understanding of people management basics (motivation, personal development and etc)
• Experience in RFX activities

Gross salary: 3700-5000 eur.
