As Head of Softeq Academy, you will be responsible for Softeq Academy management and development.

Expectations towards Academy activities and tasks:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate Softeq internal training in all locations;
• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs;
• Implement various learning methods across the company (e.g. learning courses, workshops);
• Evaluate the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities;
• Organize training for potential interns;
• Help managers in the development of their team members through career planning;
• Manage partnerships and relationships with external educational services providers;
• Plan, manage and track corporate education budget;
• Manage English education and assessment;
• Manage internal learning management system (LMS) and internal courses in it (adaptation, internal processes);
• Organize training led by internal instructors, proactively search and engage internal instructors;
• Track relevant external events and seminars, inform functions, and organize participation;
• Manage existing projects: Pro and TeqTalks;
• Manage internal library;
• In the future - market and sell Softeq training services outside.

We expect you to have experience in professional development management and implementation. Proven experience as a Learning and Development manager, training manager, or similar.

Expected skills:

• Current knowledge of effective learning and development methodologies;
• Familiarity with learning platforms and practices;
• Experience in project management and budgeting;
• Proficiency with MS office and learning management systems;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to build relationships with staff and vendors.
