Join our Solution Engineering department to build high-quality, high-performing software for innovative tech startups and Fortune 500 enterprises. In this role, you’ll be part of the whole product life cycle, developing new solutions and improving and maintaining existing ones.
What you will do:
Directly participate in the design/development of architectural and technical solutions for various complex hardware and software projects with a focus on embedded solutions;
Determine the optimal strategic direction for the project development from a technical perspective and take into account modern IT trends with a focus on business needs;
Develop a sales strategy in the context of the solution selling and/or technical selling;
Manage the development of a technical solution as a part of the business proposal creation, including the selection of a tech stack, developing the concept of a technical solution, WBS creation/estimation, and conducting technical presentations;
“Build vs Buy” analysis of the project requirements;
Bridging the client’s business needs into the appropriative optimal technical solution;
Provide technical risk mitigation plans;
Interaction with the customer both on strategic issues of further development of the project and on current technical issues;
Mentoring and training of developers;
Participation in business trips to the customer's side, if necessary.
Intensive technical background in embedded development with a focus on hardware and firmware solutions;
